Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
Plain rules for a simple product. Using LinkRealm means agreeing to these.
1. Who this agreement is between
These terms are an agreement between you and LinkRealm (linkrealm.app), operated by Cormac O'Neill, a sole trader based in Ireland. Contact: admin@linkrealm.app.
By creating an account or using LinkRealm you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 to use LinkRealm.
- Use an email address you control, and keep your password and sign-in details secure.
- You're responsible for everything published from your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. What LinkRealm provides
LinkRealm gives you a hosted link-in-bio page at a username of your choice, with themes, link management and page analytics. The Free plan is genuinely usable and needs no payment — you can sign up, build and publish a page without entering card details. Paid plans add extra features, which we describe on the pricing page. Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of what you're paying for today.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Creator plan costs €19 per year, billed annually in advance through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance if the price changes.
- You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then reverts to Free — your page stays online, minus the paid features.
- If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to Free after retrying.
Taxes: prices include VAT where it applies. Stripe handles all card details; we never see your card number.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because LinkRealm is digital content supplied immediately, you agree that the paid features start straight away and you acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal once supply has begun.
Beyond that, we'd rather you were happy than technically correct: if you subscribe by mistake, or something doesn't work as described, email admin@linkrealm.app within 14 days and we'll refund you. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you publish — your text, images, links and design. You grant us only the licence we need to host, store, reproduce and display your content in order to run the service and show your page to visitors. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including images and logos.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use LinkRealm for:
- phishing, malware, scams or deceptive redirects,
- impersonating another person, brand or organisation,
- content that's illegal where you or your visitors are, including hate speech, harassment and material involving minors,
- illegal goods or services, or content you have no right to distribute,
- pornographic or sexually explicit content,
- spam, bulk automated sign-ups, scraping, or attempts to overload, probe or break the service.
Links must point to http:// or https:// destinations, and you're responsible for where they go — including if the destination changes later. Pages that break these rules can be disabled without notice.
8. Usernames
Usernames are case-insensitive and first come, first served. Some are reserved for the service. We may reclaim a username used for impersonation or squatting, or one attached to a long-dormant account, and we'll contact you first where we reasonably can.
9. Reporting abuse or infringement
Every public page has a report button, and you can email admin@linkrealm.app with the page URL and what's wrong. For copyright claims, tell us what work is infringed, where it appears and how to reach you. We review reports and can disable individual links or an entire page.
10. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, creates legal risk, or is used to harm others. Where a suspension isn't urgent we'll explain the reason and give you a chance to fix it. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
11. Availability and “as is”
We work to keep LinkRealm up and fast, but it's provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee or service level agreement. Features can change, and occasionally we'll take the service down for maintenance.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with LinkRealm is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the service and these terms. If a change is material we'll email account holders before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use LinkRealm after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
